DAY EIGHT
SPEAK WITH GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION
A) Tell someone about something you are grateful for. When life throws us a curve ball, it can be hard to remember the positive things we have in our life. Verbalizing gratitude can inspire others to be grateful too.
B) Today, tell one person one thing about them that you appreciate.
Ask yourself – How many people are less fortunate than I am? Do I give enough appreciation to my colleagues, family, and life circumstances?
Reflect at the end of the day who you showed appreciation or who you forgot to acknowledge.
